I spent 3 nights in this hotel perfectly located in the old Hanoi, in the same location I went 4 years ago, close to Dong Xuan Market. I like to end my journeys in Hanoi because it’s a good place to buy some gifts and personal things since everything is cheap. The hotel’s staffs were very useful; they helped me to get exactly what I needed, in the right place and at the right price, so I got plenty time left to walk the Hoan Kiem district to take pictures as I like to do.
My room had everything I expected for the price: clean, safe, wi-fi and hot water. A tasteful breakfast is served in the room as I like it. There is no lift, so travellers with large and heavy suitcases must take this in consideration before renting a room on the fourth floor.
Since I traveled solo, I use to go daily to the same restaurant so I can speak more easily with the staffs as they get friendlier. This time, I’ve returned to the “Trong Khach” Restaurant-Bistro-Café, 63 Hang Thiec Str. Good Vietnamese cuisine for a very good price, few minutes of walking distance from the hotel.
